Here's my proposal essay:

Information technology integration provides a number of advantages to perioperative nurses. It supports communication processes in the operating room and other departments. Electronic Medical Record system and Electronic Health Record system reduce a great deal of paperwork. It uses human patient simulation in educating future Operating Room nurses. It leads improvements in speed and accuracy while undertaking surgery; this reduces the cost of errors and of staffing. It provides the staff with knowledge of the state-of-the-art technologies such as robotics. It facilitates task assignments and resource management and it provides support to the decision making process. It discovers not only individuals’ errors, but also the chains of responsibilities concurring to produce errors in a complex patient’s pathway. It helps perioperative nurses to provide safe care in terms of patients’ medication with the help of patients’ organized records.
